By accessing the registry editor you can disable all shortcuts on teams (I tend to not use them anyway)
Steps from the page (all props to Saajid Gangat)

• First, you need to open the “Start” menu.
• From there, find and open the “Registry Editor.”
• Input the following in the editor. “Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Teams”
• Once the “Teams” registry panel is open, simply right-click and click on “New.”
• Set the key “DWORD (32 bit) value”.
• Name the value “NoKeyShorts.”
• Double click on the newly created key and change “Value data” to 1.
• Press “OK.”
• Finally, restart your computer.

Simon, this is a good find but not a good fix mostly because of why this shortcut is annoying. People use the Ctrl-Shift-V shortcut to paste unformatted text, the normal Ctrl-V and right click paste function leaves formatted text which is not intended. Microsoft never implemented Paste Unformatted with right click, so you MUST use the shortcut. But when you use the shortcut people sometimes midclick and press Ctrl-Shift-C instead of Ctrl-Shift-V as they are next to each other … and start a call.

Good point about the Ctrl-Shift-V closeness to the Ctrl-Shift-C
In my case I use windows terminal very often and frequently copy text out using Ctrl-Shift-C. (Ctrl-C is not cool in a terminal in almost any OS shell)
Windows terminal is built into windows 11 now. Ctrl-Shift-C is a copy in windows terminal.
Now if you want to copy something out of teams and muscle memory tricks you into calling someone, you end up here.

Someone posted this type of fix already a year ago, but the problem is that most companies do not allow their end users to mess around the registry. Only IT admins/Support staff have those permissions.

You'd think Microsoft would have made that option available already but.... nope.

what about Linux?
