TURN OFF TEAMS CTRL+SHIFT+C CALL SHORTCUT I KEEP ACCIDENTALLY CALLING PEOPLE WHEN TRYING TO PASTE WITH CTRL SHIFT V

I JUST CALLED A GROUP CHAT OF 20 PEOPLE AT 9PM BECAUSE OF THIS STUPID KEYBOARD SHORTCUT CONVIENENTLY PLACED NEXT TO THE PASTE SHORTCUT

WHO THOUGHT THIS WAS A GOOD IDEA

    to deactivate ALL Teams shortcuts, add a new key to the registry:

    Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Teams

    add DWORD 32 Bit -> NoKeyShorts -> Value: 1

    restart Teams

    Microsoft released a new version of Teams, they say its "better"...but the issue is still there. How can people at Microsoft be so incompetent?!

    Good point about the Ctrl-Shift-V closeness to the Ctrl-Shift-C
    In my case I use windows terminal very often and frequently copy text out using Ctrl-Shift-C. (Ctrl-C is not cool in a terminal in almost any OS shell)
    Windows terminal is built into windows 11 now. Ctrl-Shift-C is a copy in windows terminal.
    Now if you want to copy something out of teams and muscle memory tricks you into calling someone, you end up here.
