By accessing the registry editor you can disable all shortcuts on teams (I tend to not use them anyway)
Steps from the page (all props to Saajid Gangat)

• First, you need to open the “Start” menu.
• From there, find and open the “Registry Editor.”
• Input the following in the editor. “Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Teams”
• Once the “Teams” registry panel is open, simply right-click and click on “New.”
• Set the key “DWORD (32 bit) value”.
• Name the value “NoKeyShorts.”
• Double click on the newly created key and change “Value data” to 1.
• Press “OK.”
• Finally, restart your computer.

Adding my voice to the chorus:

We have spent hours investigating a Teams call recording / voicemail that was inadvertently sent to a contact. What happened was a user inadvertently started a Teams call on the laptop without realizing it, all the while being on a cell phone with someone else.

The recording of that private cell phone convo was emailed to the contact without the user not even knowing it!!

This is a major issue that needs to be fixed ASAP.

Another bump because this is the most annoying shortcut ever! And no, most of the "fixes" do not work as I am on a corporate machine that prevents installing other software or mucking with registry settings. Just make the damn setting inside Teams so we can turn this thing off!!!

I teach Word at my office and was excited about the option of using Teams so that I could easily train employees in our other offices or a single employee in the home office without having to reserve a conference room. Imagine my surprise, then, when one of the very first key stroke combinations I typed was hijacked by Teams!

Keystroke shortcuts should be able to be turned on and off, either individually or wholesale, in order to make Teams more usable for people like me who use Teams once in a blue moon but use common Microsoft keystroke combinations every day. Kind of crazy that a company would make a product that makes it more difficult for its customers to use its other products at the same time.
