MacOS Catalina and Teams Screen Sharing

I updated to MacOS Catalina and now I cannot share my app screens. I can share my desktop, but that is all others can see.

My system had an entry (unchecked) for Microsoft teams. I think it asked me as I was launching but I blew by it. Not sure how you'd add it if it's not there. You just have to turn it on, and Teams screen sharing will work.

    So just for more context I'm on version You have Microsoft Teams Version 1.2.00.28258. It was last updated on 16/10/2019.

    and my MacOs is on 10.15 (secondUpdate)

    It worked for a while and then stopped, and then i tried again after i got an invite to join another meeting and i went and tried to share a screen and it worked, so its intermittent at this stage for me. 

    Also checked with another colleague and his also on the same version of teams as well as macOS and his is working funny enough... but he doesn't share his screen as much as i do for Support etc.

    I have 

    You have Microsoft Teams Version 1.2.00.28258. It was last updated on 18/10/2019

    and Mac 10.15 (19A602)

    Could share easily before, now I just get sent to System Preferences which I have updated and restarted numerous times with no luck!

    Looking forward to speedy update / fix

    I think they both updated same day so hard to say

    on clicking share screen you get one of the following messages

    or

    1. Is your account managed in Office 365, on-premises, or hybrid?

    We have a multi building company, the Tech is in a different building, so not sure if that answers your questions

    Unsure if it helps but while in a meeting when i clicked share, it seemed to be offering lots off PPT files rather than the normal desktop and app views that I had open - PPT wasnt open at the time
