MacOS Catalina and Teams Screen Sharing

I updated to MacOS Catalina and now I cannot share my app screens. I can share my desktop, but that is all others can see.

My system had an entry (unchecked) for Microsoft teams. I think it asked me as I was launching but I blew by it. Not sure how you'd add it if it's not there. You just have to turn it on, and Teams screen sharing will work.

    1. MacOS Catalina 2nd update: 10.15 (19A602)
    2. Teams: Microsoft Teams Version 1.2.00.28258. It was last updated on 10/15/19.
    3. Seems to have started with Catalina upgrade (I don't use screen share as often as others here)
    4. Any time I click the "Start sharing your screen" button, I am given a message that Teams needs my permission on the Security & Privacy settings.  But it is on.  And I have restarted my machine a few times.
      • One caveat. If I start a call (voice or video), I can then share an application with the person.  But I get the same message and cannot share the screen.
    5. Account is via Office 365 (I think - we are a small company with O365).

    Teams Version: 1.2.00.28258

    Mac OS: 10.15 Upgraded to Catalina

    Issue occurred after updating to Catalina

    Can't Share anything:

    Screen Sharing for Teams is enabled in System Preferences.

    Not sure about account management. I have Corporate Office 365 thru Microsoft SSO to on prem logon
