MacOS Catalina and Teams Screen Sharing

I updated to MacOS Catalina and now I cannot share my app screens. I can share my desktop, but that is all others can see.

My system had an entry (unchecked) for Microsoft teams. I think it asked me as I was launching but I blew by it. Not sure how you'd add it if it's not there. You just have to turn it on, and Teams screen sharing will work.

    I'm having the same issue and the TO DO work around also works for me. Please make all the efforts to fix this on your next update release.

    I have Teams 1.2.00.28258 updated Oct 22

    Mac OS 10.15.1

    First updated to Catalina, then the teams update came automatically

    I can't share anything

    Office 365 with on premise IT support (but he does not know how to fix)

    I've gone in and removed permissions, restarted teams, the mac etc. Reinstated permissions, etc.
