MacOS Catalina and Teams Screen Sharing

I updated to MacOS Catalina and now I cannot share my app screens. I can share my desktop, but that is all others can see.

My system had an entry (unchecked) for Microsoft teams. I think it asked me as I was launching but I blew by it. Not sure how you'd add it if it's not there. You just have to turn it on, and Teams screen sharing will work.

    Sorry, but the latest version of Teams for Mac is 1.2.00.28258. The Catalina supplemental update of October 15 seems to cause the problems.

    Count me in with those whose Teams no longer works.

    1. Mac OS Catalina OS 10.15
    2. Teams for Mac:You have Microsoft Teams Version 1.2.00.22561. It was last updated on 9/13/19.
    3. Since update to Catalina.
    4. Cannot share either apps or screens. Initially it didn't even show the apps as an option anymore but then I updated screen recording privacy settings. The user sees only the wallpaper of Catalina island. They also can see my mouse moving on the screen. 
    5. Office 365

    2. The detailed version of your Microsoft Teams client.
    3. Whether the issue occurred after updating Mac OS or updating Microsoft Teams.
    4. Whether you cannot share app screen, desktop or both. Is there any error message? Please help to capture a screenshot of the problematic window.
    5. Is your account managed in Office 365, on-premises, or hybrid?

    Having the same issue as you, LastCrusader. Didn't have the problem when initially updating to MacOS Catalina, but now with the 2nd update from yesterday I can no longer share it.

    Same problem here. Enabling Screen sharing in privacy settings does not help.
