MacOS Catalina and Teams Screen Sharing

I updated to MacOS Catalina and now I cannot share my app screens. I can share my desktop, but that is all others can see.

My system had an entry (unchecked) for Microsoft teams. I think it asked me as I was launching but I blew by it. Not sure how you'd add it if it's not there. You just have to turn it on, and Teams screen sharing will work.

    Issue happened after Catalina update

    Screenshare says : "We need permission to share your screen Go to Security & Privacy Screen recording to give permission and start sharing." 

    However permission is already given--no screen sharing options are available

    Account is managed in Office 365 by a third party

    1. The detailed version of your Mac OS.
    2. The detailed version of your Microsoft Teams client.
    3. Whether the issue occurred after updating Mac OS or updating Microsoft Teams.
    4. Whether you cannot share app screen, desktop or both. Is there any error message? Please help to capture a screenshot of the problematic window.
    5. Is your account managed in Office 365, on-premises, or hybrid?

    2. Mac OS: Catalina 10.15 (19A583)
    3. Appears issue is after upgrading Microsoft Teams
    4. I cannot screen share in app. The we need permissions window always pops up even though teams is selected to have permissions to screen share. Screen share will only show desktop.
    5. I believe account is managed my office 365 by my work

    The permissions issue is still persisting, even when I have allowed teams the screen sharing capability from the apple privacy settings. This worked when I upgraded to Catalina, it appears teams updated on 10/17 - I do not have the newest apple build but from the other threads, it sounds like the newest apple build for catalina still has the issue. Sounds like this is an issue with teams on catalina.

    Mac OS: 10.15 (19A583)

    Can't Share anything:

    Screen Sharing for Teams is enabled in System Preferences.

    Not sure about account management.
