I updated to MacOS Catalina and now I cannot share my app screens. I can share my desktop, but that is all others can see.

Found it.

My system had an entry (unchecked) for Microsoft teams. I think it asked me as I was launching but I blew by it. Not sure how you'd add it if it's not there. You just have to turn it on, and Teams screen sharing will work.

    @JackVinson1

    From my limited use today, it's working anywhere I hit the share button now:  In a meeting or in direct chat with a co-worker, see screen shots.  My problem all along w/ the absence of MS Teams as an option under PRIVACY \ SCREEN RECORDING.  Wasn't able to get the Mac pop-up option to add it until I tried to share from a Meeting.

    @AKTN_Card  Does it work from everywhere now?

    I just tried starting a meeting and it didn't ask me for permission.  But then when I clicked the "screen share" button, it gave me the message about granting permission (even though it is already enabled on my machine).

    I wonder if there is something with the Catalina upgrade that is blocking correct access to the settings.
