I updated to MacOS Catalina and now I cannot share my app screens. I can share my desktop, but that is all others can see.

Found it.

Screen Recording

My system had an entry (unchecked) for Microsoft teams. I think it asked me as I was launching but I blew by it. Not sure how you'd add it if it's not there. You just have to turn it on, and Teams screen sharing will work.

I have followed these instructions but I do not see Teams as an option here. Any ideas on how to fix?

Good evening, I am a student and before I had no problem with the demo until I had an English lesson. There was no choice between the screen, but there were only certain presentations (I have a MacBook) What's the strangest, sometimes the demonstration works 100%, and sometimes you just don't understand the essence of the problem. I tried to solve this problem by calling my friend (tried to experiment with the demo), but the demo was fine, no problem. I stopped worrying and just linked the main problem of the demo to my internet connection (however now I think the main reason was that my friend was using Linux, not a MacBook!) After a while, I realized that I am not alone and that there are other students with the same problem.

And the most interesting fact that is found is that if a student uses a MacBook and when the teacher (well, or the person with whom the conversation is in Teams) also uses a MacBook, then it is impossible (or maybe possible if you solve the problem) to make a demo on the screen.

    Thanks,

    Sasha
