I updated to MacOS Catalina and now I cannot share my app screens. I can share my desktop, but that is all others can see.

Found it.

My system had an entry (unchecked) for Microsoft teams. I think it asked me as I was launching but I blew by it. Not sure how you'd add it if it's not there. You just have to turn it on, and Teams screen sharing will work.

Having the same issue as you, LastCrusader. Didn't have the problem when initially updating to MacOS Catalina, but now with the 2nd update from yesterday I can no longer share it.

    Thanks,

Same problem here. Enabling Screen sharing in privacy settings does not help.

Same Issue here and all items seem to be checked in privacy settings. :-(

I had the same problem, but in my case, this solution didn't work. So I had to uninstall Skype for Business in order to fix it.
