Cannot Upload Files to Teams Assignments "There was a problem attaching this file."

By default, students added to the class after an assignment is created won't be able to submit their work or access attached resources...but for some reason they still see the assignment.  Affected students also have those assignments grayed out in the Grades tab.

The workaround I've found is to edit the assignment and change the Assign To setting, selecting the bottom option ("Assign to all students added to this class since [assignment creation date].").

We have a student that is a member of 6 teams. One of his teams will not allow him to view or attach resources in assignments. He is not having issues with any of the other 5 Teams. No other students in this Team are having this issue. I have removed him from the Team and added him back, but it did not resolve. I have tried different devices and browsers. It is not an issue with the file.

Hi there, in some of our Teams, users are unable to upload files to Assignments. They get the error message "There was a problem attaching this file. Please remove and try again".

what shoul i do to fix this

i have a proble with opening the attached file sent by our teachers, ive done everything but it only says  "something went wrong" i did check my internet connectivity and everything was ok, what is wrong why i cannot open nor download the file. i need it to be fixed ASAP

This is really a HUGE problem for us, not being able to have some students turn in their assignments.  Are there any known workarounds?
