Hi,

2 errors that appear to be related to a new team/channel being created.

When creating a new team, we can no longer get the email address nor change the picture. 

No issues with previously created teams/channels. 

Confirmed: 

  • Waited for 3 days
  • Error occurs on App and Web versions
  • App is on latest version
  • Error occurs on both Windows and Mac

    On our tenant it got solved late Monday afternoon. MS support called me in the morning to inform me they were working on it (hence why it was sometimes ok and sometimes not) but then got a call back in the afternoon to report resolution and no more issues since.

    My suggestion would be to, if not yet done, still open an MS support request via O365 portal and not just wait for updates on this conversation thread.
