Hi,

2 errors that appear to be related to a new team/channel being created.

When creating a new team, we can no longer get the email address nor change the picture. 

No issues with previously created teams/channels. 

Confirmed: 

  • Waited for 3 days
  • Error occurs on App and Web versions
  • App is on latest version
  • Error occurs on both Windows and Mac

    Thanks for the workarounds Lance. Unfortunately we continue to get the same error messages. Let me know if there's any other ideas out there.

    Hi Steve,

    About the first issue, here is a workaround for you.

    Please simply go to a channel for that team - and then in the middle pane where the conversation posts show click the header "..." and you will see the option for it. Once you pick it there it will then show up in the left nav's "..." for each channel.

    About the second one, please try the following and see if it helps:

    1. Add a new user to your team as an owner
    2. Ask him/her to upload the image using the Windows client - (web client didn't work)
    3. Remove the owner again
