Hi,
2 errors that appear to be related to a new team/channel being created.
When creating a new team, we can no longer get the email address nor change the picture.
No issues with previously created teams/channels.

Issue continues, with all users, all the time, with ANY new Team/Channel that is created.
Hoping to resolve before we get pushed over to Quip. I prefer using Teams.
Please don't make me use Salesforce!
I am having the very same problem. The messages are identical. I created my channels about 5 days ago now and everyone created prior I can get the email address of a channel or change the picture of the team.
In answer to your question, 5 days ago is when I noticed it but it may have been a week or more as I hadn't had a need to create a team in a while. It occurs to all members and I tried adding a new member, making them a team owner and asking them to retrieve the email and they received the same error.
Edit: I also receive the same result from the IOS app on an Ipad when trying to upload a picture.
Hi Steve,
May I know how it goes? Does the issue persist?
Regards,
Hans
Hi Steve,
It should be a server connection issue as it persists in wesbite. May I know when did you get the error "We couldn’t get the email address of this channel. Please try again later" & "We're still setting up your team, you can change your picture when we're done" in Teams? And does it occur to all members?
Please create a new Team, check if the issue persists.
Regards,
Hans
