I am having the same issue on our tenant. I have read most threads on the subject and tested several workarounds without finding a resolution.

Could explain what you mean by "**navigate to the connected Team site or upload files to provision it."?

Are you referring to the Sharepoint Site? (I tried that, without success)

They didn't provide anything specific other than it was not limited to our tenant and they had, at that time, a lot of EU customers facing the same issue.

I don't have a problem with sharing ticket number but maybe not in the general community, not sure if that would violate any community rules.

Is there a way to PM someone on here :) ?

Did they tell you any details about what they did to resolve it?  I have been dealing with this for several weeks now and all they do is keep asking for fresh logs again and again.  Would you mind sharing your support ticket # so that I could ask them to compare it with mine?

We're still experiencing the problem in one of our channels.

Other work fine, but for one team we are unable to retrieve the email addresses of the channels.

Team: Boskalis, Channels: General and Monitoring.

**Edit: I've found that the retrieval of email address per channel is working fully. The issue I experienced was caused by someone deleting the entire team. Requesting the email would fail due to the channel not actually existing. (What I am wondering now, is why the channel and team still showed available in Microsoft Teams)
