Accessing Teams App

Hi,

I can access Teams via a web browser but I am having problems access Teams via the app.

When I start Teams app I get the small box with the Teams icon and it says "Loading Mircosoft Teams..." the three dots look as if something is loading however it doesn't progress from this screen.

Does anyone have any ideas why I can access via the browser but not the app? I have tried to reinstall the app, but that didn't help.

    I've logged into Windows with TestUser. I've gone to teams.microsoft.com and I'm asked to 'sign in' and it's looking for an email address, phone number or Skype.

    Is that what you'd expect Daniel?

    Ok, I've clicked "Download for desktop" and clicked "Download Teams" and opened the file.

    Teams app opened. I clicked 'Get started" and it has asked to Sign in - looking for an Email, phone or Skype.

    This issue is really confusing. Could you please ask the team owner of the TIC organization to remove you and reading you again. If the problem persists please give your another personal account to the Team owner so she/he can add you to the team with a non-problematic account, in case you don't have another personal account you can create it here https://signup.live.com

    In addition to my previous comment, before you ask the Team owner to remove and reading you again please back up your important files in Team first (if any).
