Accessing Teams App

Hi,

I can access Teams via a web browser but I am having problems access Teams via the app.

When I start Teams app I get the small box with the Teams icon and it says "Loading Mircosoft Teams..." the three dots look as if something is loading however it doesn't progress from this screen.

Does anyone have any ideas why I can access via the browser but not the app? I have tried to reinstall the app, but that didn't help.

    Ok just tried via a mobile hotspot, same issue. I'll try the fresh windows account next.

    Just to clarify Daniel - you want me to create an account and select the "Add a user without a Microsoft account" option? (Otherwise I will need to enter an email addr).

    Actually, either way, it's just fine, but to make it simple you can choose the"Add a user without a Microsoft account" option. You can always add the MS account later if you need to.

    Ok so I've created 'TestUser'

    You want me to open the Teams app and use this user to sign-in?
