Accessing Teams App

Hi,

I can access Teams via a web browser but I am having problems access Teams via the app.

When I start Teams app I get the small box with the Teams icon and it says "Loading Mircosoft Teams..." the three dots look as if something is loading however it doesn't progress from this screen.

Does anyone have any ideas why I can access via the browser but not the app? I have tried to reinstall the app, but that didn't help.

    I signed up for the free version on a different laptop. I don't recall being invited (but it was a while go).

    I'm not aware I have deleted anything. On my new laptop I have 365 and downloaded  and installed Teams.

    May I ask other questions below.

    • How did you join MS Team free in the first place? did you sign up for MS Team free on your own? or did someone else invite you to join for MS Team free?
    • Is there any chance you previously deleted your MS Team free organization on your own?

    Could you please go to the active directory and check how many organizations do you actually have in there? Do you see TIC, PB Associates, isavia there?

    What's the organization listed there?
