Hi,
I can access Teams via a web browser but I am having problems access Teams via the app.
When I start Teams app I get the small box with the Teams icon and it says "Loading Mircosoft Teams..." the three dots look as if something is loading however it doesn't progress from this screen.
Does anyone have any ideas why I can access via the browser but not the app? I have tried to reinstall the app, but that didn't help.
Thanks for your assistance.
Paul

Please try the mobile hotspot connection and if persist please create a new fresh Windows account to make sure this is a local computer issue or not.
Hi Daniel,
I don't have a VPN and below are the other settings you referred to:
I tried Teams again and got the same issue:
The app opens and asks me to select a Team org. I select TIC and I get the "We're switching you to your other account. It'll just take a moment..." Then I get the message "You don't have access to the TIC org in Teams. Select another org, or contact your admin for more details".
The domain is tic.ie
My old PC and phone are using the same internet connection. However I can set-up a mobile hotspot if you think it's worthwhile. I also haven't created a new fresh environment yet.
Just letting you know how far I've got.
Thanks,
Paul
If the problem still persists, then please mention the domain name of your account.
Just enough mention the domain name after @ sign (ie: Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo etc), please don't mention the full email address because it will be automatically redacted by the forum system.
If you can still access TIC from my phone and old laptop, then I suspect this issue is related to the local computer.
