Hi,
I can access Teams via a web browser but I am having problems access Teams via the app.
When I start Teams app I get the small box with the Teams icon and it says "Loading Mircosoft Teams..." the three dots look as if something is loading however it doesn't progress from this screen.
Does anyone have any ideas why I can access via the browser but not the app? I have tried to reinstall the app, but that didn't help.

Very frustrating!
And the solution I posted yesterday doesn't work now.
I believe I have resolved this issue...
What I did was:
Went to teams.microsoft.com InPrivate still get the problem. I then used the join org link in the private browser - I then went through a series of steps as if I was complete new (enter name / email etc), I ensure I selected my 'Work' profile.
I then received too emails, one to me as the admin of the org:
Hi, Paul
Paul Brugger (*****@tic.ie) has joined your TIC Teams org. You can manage their access in the members section in Mange org.*
And one to me as a member of the org:
Hi, Paul Brugger
You are now a part of the TIC Teams org. Say Hi! to your co-workers now to let them know you have joined them on Teams.
All appears good. There is only one Admin of the org (me) and no additional members (i.e. I wasn't added as a member) and I can access Team via the app.
It appears to me that although I was the Admin of the org something (locally maybe) was missing so I wasn't able to access the org. Having rejoined the org fixed this - be guessing!

If it is using my work account then I should be able to access TIC org (like I can on other devices) - can I confirm that at all?

I don't think you are using a personal account since you signed up for MS Team with the domain name @TIC.ie, which considered a work account. If the problem still persists you may consider accessing the MS team free from other computers or just sign up for MS Team free with a new account.
Besides that, I'm also out of ideas. I'm sorry unable to continue assisting you, I apologize for that.

It just seems to me Daniel that Teams is using my personal account that isn't associated with any org. I don't necessarily want to unlink the accounts - I want Teams to use my work account, which is associated with the TIC org. Does that make sense?
