Accessing Teams App

Hi,

I can access Teams via a web browser but I am having problems access Teams via the app.

When I start Teams app I get the small box with the Teams icon and it says "Loading Mircosoft Teams..." the three dots look as if something is loading however it doesn't progress from this screen.

Does anyone have any ideas why I can access via the browser but not the app? I have tried to reinstall the app, but that didn't help.

    I don't think it's necessary since you have done so many times so far but let's see how it goes.

    I think it's enough to remove yourself as a guest in this case.

    OK will do - and then clear the cache and try again? I'll let you know how it goes.

    I suggest you remove yourself as a guest from other organizations. There are a few options to go about this:

    Option 1:

    Please follow the instruction in this article: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-US/azure/active-d...

    Option 2:

    or you can ask the team owner of the previous organization to remove you as a guest from his Team, Please ask him to select (...) next to the team name > members tab > under the members & guests section, select "X".

    Not recently but maybe a few months ago I was added as a guest to another account.

    Not I not trying to join another organizations as a guest, I'm trying to access my own org. I am able to do so via my phone without an issue.

    May I ask other questions, did you previously join other organizations as a guest with this account?

    Or are you trying to join another organization as a guest with this account?
