Accessing Teams App

Hi,

I can access Teams via a web browser but I am having problems access Teams via the app.

When I start Teams app I get the small box with the Teams icon and it says "Loading Mircosoft Teams..." the three dots look as if something is loading however it doesn't progress from this screen.

Does anyone have any ideas why I can access via the browser but not the app? I have tried to reinstall the app, but that didn't help.

Thanks for your assistance.

Paul

    Hi Regie,

    Firstly, thanks for your help.

I have followed the steps you provided and I am now getting different results. I think I am getting further but not there yet.

So when I launch Teams I get a "Welcome to Teams!" select your Teams org. I have my own org and I am a guest on another. When I select my org I get a message saying "We're switching you to your other account. I'll just take a moment" - after a few minutes it reverts back to "Welcome to Teams!" select your Teams org.

Any thoughts how I might resolve it?

    Thanks,

    Paul
