Bluetooth Headset not working with teams.

I have a pair of Bluetooth Skullcandy Hesh 3 Headphones, and they have 2 connections with my laptop.

1)Hesh 3 Stereo

2)Hesh 3 Hands-Free AG Audio

When I use Hands free AG Audio, there is some static disturbance. When watching videos, stereo option gives great sound quality but for some reason it doesn't give any sound during a meeting in teams. In device settings during a meeting, once I choose Hesh 3 Stereo, the voice just stops.

Having the same issue with WX-1000XM3 headset. It all worked fine a week ago. Now it is choice between bad output audio by selecting the Hands-Free AG Audio output option or bad input by selecting laptop's built in mic.

Every other app works just fine, only Teams has this issue.

I have had this happen almost consistently for about 3 weeks now, after about 5-10 minutes of working, the headset stops working. I've tried 3 different headsets and changing the settings makes no difference. This seems to be some sort of issue within teams.
