I have a pair of Bluetooth Skullcandy Hesh 3 Headphones, and they have 2 connections with my laptop.
1)Hesh 3 Stereo
2)Hesh 3 Hands-Free AG Audio
When I use Hands free AG Audio, there is some static disturbance. When watching videos, stereo option gives great sound quality but for some reason it doesn't give any sound during a meeting in teams. In device settings during a meeting, once I choose Hesh 3 Stereo, the voice just stops.

What is the Microsoft Bluetooth LE Enumerator??!
Well, four years later and issue still exists. Unfortunately I have LE BT devices like mouse, keyboard... and my Sony WH-1000MX5 works only on AG/hands free mode. What's more after OS restart I need unmute manually on first call I have on teams. Windows 11. It doesn't look good... Maybe some software fix after 4 years?
Ive spent so much time trying to figure this out. Luckily I have an IT friend and after 3 days of trying I can finally hear my company calls again with my bluetooth headphones. To fix this, you need to be in a teams call. You will not be able to hear anyone obviously but once are you in a call and the sound has cut off.
Go to bluetooth and devices
scroll down under related setting click on more devices and printer setttings.
It will then bring up a screen with your devices.
Click on your bluetooth headphones.
Click on the services tab.
Unselect (remove checkmark) from handsfree telephony.
Hit apply and ok
Your teams will now have sound!
I saw this fix but it did not work for me but I tried it as a last resort while in a teams call and that is what got me over the hump. YOU HAVE TO BE IN A TEAMS CALL FOR IT TO WORK

Thank you!
I was struggling with my Momentum 4's and this worked for me! That requirement that you're already in a team call is KEY here.
