Bluetooth Headset not working with teams.

I have a pair of Bluetooth Skullcandy Hesh 3 Headphones, and they have 2 connections with my laptop.

1)Hesh 3 Stereo

2)Hesh 3 Hands-Free AG Audio

When I use Hands free AG Audio, there is some static disturbance. When watching videos, stereo option gives great sound quality but for some reason it doesn't give any sound during a meeting in teams. In device settings during a meeting, once I choose Hesh 3 Stereo, the voice just stops.

I have the exact same issue with teams. I have tried the skullcandy cassette bluetooth headset, the tronsmart spunky beats and the MI bluetooth earphone. All work fine with other apps. They just don't work with teams. I can get the audio , but the mic doesn't work on any of the devices for teams. The test call in teams either says that the mic is not connected or doesn't complain but one doesn't hear back your voice.

On windows 10 professional with latest updates.

    This worked for me...

    1. Unpair headset
    2. Right-click start menu and open Device Manager
    3. Expand Bluetooth
    4. Right-click Microsoft Bluetooth LE Enumerator and disable. It will give you a warning about devices not working. Unless you have devices that require Bluetooth low energy, it will be okay. Leave the other one (without LE) enabled.
    5. Pair your headset
    6. Enjoy

    This worked!! Thank you!

This will not work - This seems to be an issue across a whole range of devices with Windows 10 - Check out this link, it has a list of "approved" devices that would work: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-teams/bluetooth-headset-microphone-bad-quality/m-p/1315948

For now I am using the Stereo option on my bluetooth headset to listen in and using the inbuilt laptop microphone :(

Hopefully microsoft will wake up to smell the coffee some day soon!

    >>Hopefully microsoft will wake up to smell the coffee some day soon!

It will never happen :) :)

I have MSFT Bluetooth  key board and mouse and Samsung Bluetooth galaxy buds. The Headset is a supported device and never gets disconnected irony of irony not the MSFT key board & mouse gets disconnected. That too it gets disconnected exactly 45 min into a meeting presentation. The solution I was given was to use lap inbuilt keyboard and mouse!! This happens every time without fail as though they have timed it :) and  i have got used to it. What a design, they forgot to support their own device :)
