I have a pair of Bluetooth Skullcandy Hesh 3 Headphones, and they have 2 connections with my laptop.
1)Hesh 3 Stereo
2)Hesh 3 Hands-Free AG Audio
When I use Hands free AG Audio, there is some static disturbance. When watching videos, stereo option gives great sound quality but for some reason it doesn't give any sound during a meeting in teams. In device settings during a meeting, once I choose Hesh 3 Stereo, the voice just stops.

The problem with all that myriad of steps is you are in the beginning of a meeting.. what would be nice is if it just worked, like with Zoom or Bluejeans.
LEIGONS OF MEDIOCRACY... MICROSOFT IS YOUR PATRON SAINT!!!
Every time you change something nothing works. Don’t you READ these complaints?
MS Teams cannot connect with most bluetooth headsets.
I have Bluetooth Hearing Aids... THEY won’t connect.
I’m switching to Apple and you folks can go pound sand,,,
Hello again!
Here's my update about this issue: It is not fixed...
I tried the fix recommended in this forum and I still get the same problem. The headset seems to enter in some kind of "sleep mode" while in a conference using Teams. I repeat this only happens on Teams. On everything else, the headsets work perfectly fine: listening to music (either mac, android or windows systems), Youtube videos, phone calls and video conferences using Skype, Zoom or Google chat (the ones I tested during the last month).
I ran a search for the model on the Internet and didn't find any topic referring to this particular model. Does anyone, with the same headsets have felt this problem with Teams? The model is:
Bluetooth Sony WH-CH710N.
I really need help, cause I already went to the shop complaining and they kindly gave me a new pair in replacement. I don't think they will be replacing it again unless it is a factory fault.
thanks
Too bad I'm on a work computer with no admin privileges... any other fixes without it?
