I have a pair of Bluetooth Skullcandy Hesh 3 Headphones, and they have 2 connections with my laptop.
1)Hesh 3 Stereo
2)Hesh 3 Hands-Free AG Audio
When I use Hands free AG Audio, there is some static disturbance. When watching videos, stereo option gives great sound quality but for some reason it doesn't give any sound during a meeting in teams. In device settings during a meeting, once I choose Hesh 3 Stereo, the voice just stops.

That doesn't work. If I run through these steps then I can't listen to any sound on my headset. For some reason MS Teams can't work with Stereo Headset + Hands-Free Audio microphone from the same headset.

There is no Headset option in Recording and it's normal by design.
Headset is defined to use speakers and micro options
Headphone is focused on listening music, etc

I had the same issue and fixed it.
However, before going forward be aware that I think this is a limitation of how Bluetooth audio works on Windows. My understanding is that the "headset" option provides lower audio quality to free up bandwidth for the microphone data. The "stereo" option uses higher quality audio, but as a result the microphone can't be used. If you want to use the stereo option, you need a microphone separate from your headset. Again, this is just my limited understanding of how it works.
Teams seems to handle the switchover between the two... inelegantly. If you want to force Teams to use the stereo option and a separate microphone, this worked for me:
- With your headset connected, hit the start menu, type "control panel" and open it.
- Click sound
- Under the playback tab, find the stereo version of your headset. If it's disabled, right click, enable. Right click it, and select "set as default communications device". Do this again for "set as default device".
- Find the "headset" version of your device, and right click -> disable.
- Go to the recording tab, and find the microphone you want to use. Right click it, make sure it's enabled, and select "set as default communications device". Do this again for "set as default device".
- Under the same tab, disable the headset.
If you do all of these things, the headset shouldn't show up in Teams and audio should be successfully sent to the stereo version of the headphones. I found that if I didn't set the default devices correctly, it would still be trying to read the microphone data from the headset even when I had selected an external microphone in Teams. This then disabled the stereo option - resulting in no sound.
