Bluetooth Headset not working with teams.

I have a pair of Bluetooth Skullcandy Hesh 3 Headphones, and they have 2 connections with my laptop.

1)Hesh 3 Stereo

2)Hesh 3 Hands-Free AG Audio

When I use Hands free AG Audio, there is some static disturbance. When watching videos, stereo option gives great sound quality but for some reason it doesn't give any sound during a meeting in teams. In device settings during a meeting, once I choose Hesh 3 Stereo, the voice just stops.

Thanks for your reply. This does absolutely nothing in MS Teams.
Headset works perfectly fine in windows, just not MS Teams.

I even hear the ring from the test call but not my echo...

My headset is setup exactly like your screenshots but still nothing in MS Teams.

Headset goes completely quiet. Others can hear me so my mic is working.

Check the settings according my post above.

Then you can test in MS Teams by clicking your profile photo, select settings, then devices.

Be sure you have selected in all three boxes the headset AG.

Then select test device and do the test.

I have the same issue. I use a brand new HP X360 Laptop and Bose QC35ii Bluetooth Headset.

Pairing with windows is no issue at all. I can listen to music and so forth.

As soon as I want to use MS Teams I have problems.

People can hear me so the Microphone of my headset is working.

I hear nothing. I can switch audio-device to speaker and keep the mic of my headset and it is working.

Maybe this helps, but I just switched Laptops today. Before I had an older Gen HP X360 Laptop and it worked perfectly fine.

So pls help as I'm depended on working with MS Teams and this Headset.

    Thanks

When I read the post from Fred00_23, he is NOT using the built-in microphone of the JBL Tune 500, but the Realtek mic, which I think is the mic of his laptop.

Most bluetooth headset have a cheap microphone, which sounds bad, especially with PC (Teams etc.).

A Bose QC35 II has good microphones for example as well as the Jabra 75t I'm using.

Under Windows 10 Settings>Sound>Recording my Jabra's are specified with "1-channel, 16 bits, 16.000 Hz", which is quite good. The built-in mic in my HP Elitebook laptop is specified as "4-channel, 16 bits, 48.000 Hz" which is better.
Most cheap headphones or earbuds are specified under Windows with "1-channel, 8 bits, 8.000 Hz".
That difference you are gonna hear.
