Bluetooth Headset not working with teams.

I have a pair of Bluetooth Skullcandy Hesh 3 Headphones, and they have 2 connections with my laptop.

1)Hesh 3 Stereo

2)Hesh 3 Hands-Free AG Audio

When I use Hands free AG Audio, there is some static disturbance. When watching videos, stereo option gives great sound quality but for some reason it doesn't give any sound during a meeting in teams. In device settings during a meeting, once I choose Hesh 3 Stereo, the voice just stops.

    I have a JBL Tune500BT that did not work with Teams. 

    I did try disable Microsoft Bluetooth LE Enumerator but it does not work. By chance, I found out that it works perfectly with the settings shown below.

    Hi Arya, thanks for sharing the workarounds. I am using Sony WH-CH500 Bluetooth headset and your 3rd solution to access teams from Chrome browser is working for me.

    But I want to use my headset connected to teams from the in-built application without using browser. Is there a way to do this? If yes, then please guide me through that.

    Yes, you're right.

    Same issue on Webex, Teams, Zoom.

    It works, however using the online Teams in Chrome.

    This worked for me...

    1. Unpair headset
    2. Right-click start menu and open Device Manager
    3. Expand Bluetooth
    4. Right-click Microsoft Bluetooth LE Enumerator and disable. It will give you a warning about devices not working. Unless you have devices that require Bluetooth low energy, it will be okay. Leave the other one (without LE) enabled.
    5. Pair your headset
    6. Enjoy
