Bluetooth Headset not working with teams.

I have a JBL TUNE700BTNC headphone, which isn't working with MS-TEAMS. Tried the steps suggested by you. All Permissions for Microphone as well as TEAMS to use the mic are ON, but it's producing complete garble on both Speaker and Mic output when used with TEAMS. Rest all other applications, including WebEX is working great.

Can you help to fix the issue pls?

I have an iPhone 6s. Recently my school has switched in to ms teams. So I’ve downloaded the app. My issue is I can’t connect my Bluetooth ear piece to the app or meeting but it shows connected to the phone. When I switch in it disconnects automatically. How can I resolve this issue in iOS app

Hopefully good news for all of us: Microsoft announced that the Windows 10 21H2 update will have some major bluetooth improvements.

In the latest preview builds, we’ve seen at least two big changes. The first new feature is a unified audio endpoint, which means your Bluetooth headset’s voice and mic will finally work properly without switching between the two endpoints (voice and mic) manually.

After the feature update, you will only see one audio endpoint when you click on the audio icon pinned to the taskbar. This means you don’t have to click through multiple audio endpoints to use voice and mic at the same time. To facilitate this feature, Microsoft will automatically switch to the correct audio endpoint.

Microsoft / Windows / Teams has just really really terrible Bluetooth performance - period.

We can see the latest 20H2 update already removed BT LE component (perhaps by renaming :P), but still, there are two endpoints for my headset.  I haven't had a chance to test if it worked better, perhaps it's still a work in progress.

I wonder how those "Teams certified" headsets work in this case (https://www.microsoft.com/en-ww/microsoft-teams/across-devices/devices).  Do they work flawlessly?

This worked for me...

1. Unpair headset
2. Right-click start menu and open Device Manager
3. Expand Bluetooth
4. Right-click Microsoft Bluetooth LE Enumerator and disable. It will give you a warning about devices not working. Unless you have devices that require Bluetooth low energy, it will be okay. Leave the other one (without LE) enabled.
5. Pair your headset
6. Enjoy

You will need to disable LE enumerator each time after you reboot.

Most people don't have the admin privilege on their work computer.

Microsoft should step up to solve the problem because Bluetooth headphones only not working with Microsoft Teams.
