Bluetooth Headset not working with teams.

I have a pair of Bluetooth Skullcandy Hesh 3 Headphones, and they have 2 connections with my laptop.

1)Hesh 3 Stereo

2)Hesh 3 Hands-Free AG Audio

When I use Hands free AG Audio, there is some static disturbance. When watching videos, stereo option gives great sound quality but for some reason it doesn't give any sound during a meeting in teams. In device settings during a meeting, once I choose Hesh 3 Stereo, the voice just stops.

    It actually works, I am so glad. This had been a persistent problem for months but firstly I was not able to see the LE Enumerator option. Then I turned on the bluetooth and all other options were displayed. Thank you again for the great tip.

    Do those steps then unpair devices again and add it again..make test call..boom worked perfectly

    I am having this problem as well and I noticed something as a software engineer that I haven't seen mentioned in here (I do confess that I haven't read all 300+ comments, however).

    There is no option to let windows manage the hardware. Unlike typical applications on windows where one can select a specific device -OR- select the windows default audio device, one can only access BT directly.

    I tested setting the default audio device to my speakers and then setting the teams audio device to bluetooth and ... bingo. It worked.

    With bluetooth headsets, one will have headphones (output) and headset (mic/input/combined). Set your input to headset and your output to headphones and the windows default audio to your normal speakers or audio output.

    This isn't ideal, it isn't even really functional, but it will at least allow you to work for now.

    Hello,

    I tried my Mpow HC5 Bluetooth headset with the method below. Now I can hear the sound. Hope this helps.

    1. At Windows, search for "Sound Setting".

    1. Select  "Advanced sound options". You shall see 2 sets of Microsoft Teams Volume activated with your MS Teams desktop App running. If only one set, then it won't work.

    1. Run the MS Teams desktop App.  Click your account icon, go to Setting --> Devices. Set the Speaker to "Headphone". Set Microphone to Microphone (your PC). Then click "Make a test call" to check the sound and microphone. If you set your microphone to your headset, it won't work.

    I have the exactly same phone and I'm having this issue. I tried to follow your instructions but I only can see one set of Teams on my advanced options.

    Do you know if there is a way to add another one or fixed it? Because even follow your instructions it didn't work for me :(

    Hi,

    I tried with above steps but no use.

    Kindly advise.

    I am using the latest version of Microsoft Teams

    Updated and using the Windows 10

    Tested on 2 different laptops but no luck

    Youtube and other calls works perfectly with Bluetooth device but Microsoft Teams not working
