Bluetooth Headset not working with teams.

I have a pair of Bluetooth Skullcandy Hesh 3 Headphones, and they have 2 connections with my laptop.

1)Hesh 3 Stereo

2)Hesh 3 Hands-Free AG Audio

When I use Hands free AG Audio, there is some static disturbance. When watching videos, stereo option gives great sound quality but for some reason it doesn't give any sound during a meeting in teams. In device settings during a meeting, once I choose Hesh 3 Stereo, the voice just stops.

This worked for me, there was an MSTeams entry for each of the headphones I have used, and one of them was set to default instead of the headshet. Changing from "default" fixed the issue. Thanks!

Tried this. Sadly does not work for me.

Same problem, I can't hear others in my bluetooth headset, but I can hear them on speaker and they can hear me regardless.
Headset work, I can listen to music or whatever. I am at a loss here, it's clearly a bluetooth issue.

I have a similar issue - I'm using a Shokz bluetooth headset. It works with Teams on my phone and laptop but not on my PC. All drivers are up to date etc. I once (and only once despite repeated attempts) managed to complete a test call successfully but then it failed on the first call made immediately afterwards. Alas the new Teams set up does not support making a test call so I have no idea whether this would be any better with the new teams....

When I entered this menu, I saw the value of Main volume of my HeadSet is Nearly Zero. this suggestion make me solved my problem to the meeting sound so low volume on Microsoft Teams meetings, although the headphone volume is max and it works properly before

Finally fixed this on my Sony WH-1000xm4. I tried many things, so forgive me if this does not resolve. In my case I use my headphones for audio output and an external mic for input. I believe the fix was to open device manager and disable all instances of Sony WH-1000xm4 HANDS FREE (different from Sony WH-1000xm4). Can be found under bluetooth and sound.

Windows seemingly treats the headphones as two devices, I believe by disabling the Hands Free devices (audio input) it resolved my issues.
