Can't see myself on the viewfinder during the call

What worked for me was logging out of my Teams account, quitting and restarting the software then logging back in. That seemed to reset my camera settings and worked for me.

Hi! In Microsoft Teams during the video calls I can't see myself in the viewfinder. Everyone else can see me in the chat but I don't have the little mini video of myself in the corner. Anyone know how to turn it on?

Have been using Teams since working from home in March 2020.  Up until today, I was able to see a visual frame of myself in the lower right portion of every call.  I was "there" for calls earlier today, but not any longer.  The feature is definitely available.  How do I restore it? Thanks.

Try this - 

1. Click 'More actions' (3 dots)
2. Click on 'No background' or select a background
3. Apply and restart video

One scenario when this happened (selfie view disappearing from viewfinder) - tried to change background, previewed it, but then just cancelled it. The problem is when you preview, Teams stops your camera so people don't see you trying out all the different backgrounds available and acting like a fool (lol). But then when you don't select one and just cancel the pane, the camera stays switched off. Hope this helps!

I am using on my Iphone. I cannot see my picture in the bottom right hand corner. I had this ability as early as 4/27/2020. Now I have a black screen where my face should be and a pic of a camera that appears to asking me to rotate the camera. However, when I hit that button, nothing happens. That, and those I am on the call can see me. So, it's not the rotate camera problem.

I'm having the same issue. My boss and teammates all have the ability to see themselves in the corner on Teams, but I do not.
