Teams App Not working on Android Devices

So recently our organization decided to use Microsoft Teams for our communication. And It is working fine on Web and iPhone But no one is able to login on Android Device. Whenever we try to login on Android Device using Team App, we get this error.

There was a problem with the network. Try signing in again

I have logged in using same credentials on iOS and Web and It worked but same credentials are not working on Android.

Please guide me, how to fix this issue as it is very urgent for us.

    I had the same issue. Reason: MS Teams cannot properly operate together with MS Authenticator app - this will remember formerly into MS Teams logged it accounts. Solution was to remove those formerly remembered MS Teams accounts from MS Authenticator. Then the MS Teams app asked OAuth2 authentication again over web and I could log in again. No need to completely remove MS Authenticator. Certainly after successful login in MS Teams you will see again those accounts under MS Authenticator app.

    But yes - it is a shame that Microsoft has not fixed that issue despite it was reported long time ago.

    This happens when you have disabled a CA certificate needed by the app.  A much better error message is needed.

    Check in:

    Security & location > Encryption & credentials > Trusted credentials.

    I experienced the same issue today, and rather than removing the MS Authenticator app (or the associated MS account from it), I was able to log in by disabling data usage for the Authenticator app during sign-in on Teams.

    I just had this problem.  After doing a factory reset - it must have restored some data from Google and I had the issue again.

    I tried various fixes described here such as turning off usage data under Settings in the MS Authenticator app and also removing my account from the Authenticator app - but none of it worked.

    What did work for me though was uninstalling the MS Authenticator app completely.  Uninstalling Teams.  Reinstalling Teams and signing in work my work account.  Because I didn't have the MS Authenticator app, I had to get my MFA via a text message.  That got me in successfully.

    I then needed to reinstall the MS Authenticator app and restore from a backup/cloud recovery to get my identities back.

    Following up for the same issue from different organisation.

    I have exact  exact issue on office Teams account. 

    I did all my possible troubleshooting steps to resolve but couldn't help. 

    Most of my colleagues are able to login to Teams with their android/IOS account woth out any hustle

    I have been using SFB, Outlook on my mobile wince more than 4 years. But now Teams throws the same error explained above. It says Register your device, the pick account then throwing the same error
