So recently our organization decided to use Microsoft Teams for our communication. And It is working fine on Web and iPhone But no one is able to login on Android Device. Whenever we try to login on Android Device using Team App, we get this error.

There was a problem with the network. Try signing in again

I have logged in using same credentials on iOS and Web and It worked but same credentials are not working on Android.

Please guide me, how to fix this issue as it is very urgent for us.

    Dear MS support,

could you please help out with our issue? On Android devices, issue is the same (Teams not working for us) and we are forwarded to our IT help desk for more info with the message "Access denied".

I would rather focus now on workaround and to connect from Android mobile device via browser. Unfortunately, here for any downloaded browser following message appears on the screen :

Hmm. Your browser version isn't supported. Quickest solution. Download the mobile app. And here I am back at the beginning. Please be informed, the latest browsers version were downloaded from Store (Edge, Chrome, Firefox). Which version is then supported to use Teams from mobile device online via web/browser?

Goto Mobile Settings -> Click on Accounts -> remove Work Account -> Close Setting and open MS Teams App -> Enter Credentials -> Done.

Have you tried the DNS method outlined in the section titled "How to fix on Android 9 Pie and newer versions" the following article? You'll have to scroll down a bit to get to that section, but it fixed my issue.
