This is bad because I need authenticator as well. My temporary fix is to move authenticator to the secure folder apps, but this is not a long term fix.

So recently our organization decided to use Microsoft Teams for our communication. And It is working fine on Web and iPhone But no one is able to login on Android Device. Whenever we try to login on Android Device using Team App, we get this error.
There was a problem with the network. Try signing in again
I have logged in using same credentials on iOS and Web and It worked but same credentials are not working on Android.
Please guide me, how to fix this issue as it is very urgent for us.

My teams is connected to my work. We found that first delete the app. Re-install it. At the point of install, it asks to identify the work network. I needed to be in the office on the corporate wifi to get this to work. Re-do the authenticator instructions. When you select your work wifi, do not authenticate the wifi network. Say do not authenticate....it has been a few weeks since I have done this but I believe that is what it was called. once I did not authenticate the corporate wifi, I stopped having problems with Teams.

Not even running the Authenticator app so that isn't the fix for me.
