Hello,
My in built microphone on my laptop works well with other and is good on the voice recorder but I cannot take part in audio conversations on Teams because others in the conversation cannot hear me. I have tried settings on Teams and on my laptop control panel but haven't been able to fix the problem. Can anyone help?
Thank you in advance.

Is there some Microsoft feedback mechanism we can use to upvote this problem? Answers is a black hole. Hopefully there is SOME channel where Microsoft actually listens to feedback.
Meanwhile, I will continue to push for Zoom or WebEx on all of my client calls, explaining that Microsoft cannot manage their own sound drivers.
I tried the make a test call and the only good that did me is I verified I wasn't very audible when I listened to the recorded message. Just as the people on the other end of my Teams calls say they can barely hear me. But the test call result said the mic worked fine and I see nowhere in the settings where I can increase the level input on the mic.
Same issue as others - the microphone array built into the HP Envy laptop works from from Zoom. On Teams, the gain is so low that I have to press my face against the screen in order to be heard. External USB microphone works fine. From the Sounds control panel, with loopback on, the built in array mike works fine. The problem is something very specific to the Teams app.
Same problem over here.
One Microphone works, an external which is used with Zoom and other Apps is very low on volume only for Teams.
