Export messages from Teams Chat?

I'm wondering if it is possible to export conversations in Teams?  Also I'm just having trouble organizing my Team chats and finding messages from more than a month or two ago?  Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

    Hello SJBOEGE,

    Based on my experience, the hotkey Ctrl + A is not a feasible way to copy the entire conversation. We need to hold on the left key of the mouse then move up the mouse to select the conversations' content, and then press Ctrl + C and Ctrl + v to copy/paste them.

    Maybe capture some screenshots of the conversation is a better way for backup.

    I couldn't do that either - if I only selected a few chat entries I could, but after than that nothing pasted into my Word doc.

    How can we copy the entire conversation?  I clicked in a chat and tried Ctrl-A and nothing happened.

    We also look forward to the release of this feature and had never been forgetting monitoring it.

    As we discussed before, the Teams Export API is in development, so far there is no ETA. For your reference (Feature 68731) here.

    Meanwhile, it's also recommended you post a comment or vote the idea from @fasteddie(2) in Teams Uservoice.
