How do you copy Teams message without time and sender information?

I want to triple-click a message, copy it to the clipboard, then paste it in whichever application, and I don't want to see the header (time and sender information).

Yes, it is possible to carefully select parts of a message, and make sure you don't snag the beginning or end of the message so you don't "grab" the header. This is not what I'm looking for. I want a one-click-solution.

I found this post dating from 2013, about Skype/Lync. I'm looking for the same thing in Teams.

    While I can see the need to exclude the Date/Time stamp, my profession REQUIRES Date/Time Stamps on my data. Now that MS has removed this from Teams, my work has just now increased exponentially, and it has increased the workload of me and my team beyond imagination.

    If the Snippet option would allow scrolling to select a larger range of capture, that would help, but alas, that is not available.

    How difficult could it have been to make this a selectable option vs the MS 'Take It or Leave It' mandate.

    Why do you need the messages with header outside of Teams that much that you have to rely on it?

    Do like everyone else now and as I was doing years ago: Select the header all together when copying the content.

    I agree that MS should put this flag there, because they heard complaining that it was not there at first, then they changed it to ALWAYS be there, then they heard complaints for 3 years on why that unnecessary information was coming together, now they took it off and people are complaining why is not there. A flag must be created, that is the next step for MS, and stop jiggling with what they think it's best, let the users decide.

    I hate the lack of who and time stamp. I rely on it.

    With that data missing I have no context of who said what.

    I need an option to turn it back on.

    Triple click helps but the output layout sucks and makes it really hard to follow, and the "summary" with duplicate "who said it" is useless!
