I have tried to restart the application, to reinstall it, to check through settings with no success.

But when I am in a call and open my background settings in order to change it, it shows me that my background is set to None and at the same time it is blurred. I really need to remove the blurred background as I am having my exams onTeams.

Hi Yokra,

My name is Didi, an Independent Advisor.

If you're a Mac user, you may try clearing the Teams cache using the process indicated in the link below.

Alternatively, if you don't need any background effect, you can sign in to the web client, https://teams.microsoft.com/ using Edge or Chrome browser to attend your class meeting.

    Hi Yokra,

You may try resetting your Microsoft Teams app if it helps:

Exit Microsoft Teams app (Check out if it appears in the Windows toolbar and closes it).
Copy and paste the following path in File Explorer: %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams
Delete all contents in that folder (You may make a backup somewhere if you desire)

    Restart Microsoft Teams.
    Sign in and try again
