Build 26100.4762 R.P.- Desktop Icons App shortcuts still go blank when there is an update of the app from the store.

On the blog for Build 26100.4762 there is this statement added showing that the problem was fixed. Unfortunately, the problem is still occurring on July 16, 2025.
From the blog:
"- [Desktop icons] Fixed: If you have an app pinned to your desktop, and the app updates, the app icon may no longer display correctly and instead show a white page."
The Paint App was updated on July 16, 22025 and the desktop shortcut icon just turned blank again.
Does it mean that the fix was not rolled out yet on Build 26100.4762?
Please clarify when the actual fix will be available. This problem is affecting all insider builds and also the public release build, its is pretty annoying.

Looks like in my case the fix is not rolled out yet. 😵💫🤷♂️
Here is the Microsoft response on the FBH report collection:
"Thanks for reporting this. If you haven't already, please try removing the shortcut for that app from your desktop and adding it again
UPDATE: We've figured out the cause of this, and a fix is currently starting to roll out with the latest updates in Dev, Beta, and Release Preview (https://blogs.windows.com/windows-insider/2025/07/10/releasing-windows-11-build-26100-4762-to-the-release-preview-channel/). Appreciate your patience if you don't have it yet."

2025-07-17T03:30:23.2633333+00:00 The same problem appears to be fixed in Dev build 26200.5702.
On Dev Build, I had the same update for the Paint app on July 16. 2025 and the desktop shortcut icon did not change to a blank icon it preserved the correct one.
