Here’s some option and step on how to create a guess user on your Surface
Option A: Make a Local Guest Account
- Open Settings click windows button and type settings.
- Go to User Accounts Click on Accounts, then choose Family & other users.
- Add a New User Under Other users, click Add someone else to this PC.
- Skip Microsoft Account Sign-In Click I don’t have this person’s sign-in info, then choose Add a user without a Microsoft account.
- Set Up the Account
- Type a name like GUESS.
- Create a simple password or leave it blank.
- Click Next to finish.
- Change Account Type
- Go back to Family & other users.
- Click the new account and choose Change account type.
- Set it to Standard User.
- Click the new account and choose Change account type.
- Go back to Family & other users.
- Create a simple password or leave it blank.
- Type a name like GUESS.
Option B: Turn On the Built-In Guest Account
- Open Command Prompt as Admin Press Windows + R, type cmd or press windows Button right-click it, and choose Run as administrator.
- Activate the Guest Account Type this command and press Enter: net user guest /active:yes
- Set a Password (Optional) If you want to add a password, type: net user guest *
