How to enable the compatibility model of Microsoft ChangJie though PowerShell or Registry.

Since the Windows Security 2025-07 caused the Microsoft ChangJie problem and sound the workaround may be enabling the compatibility model of Microsoft ChangJie.
I understand and tested normal by manual configuration. However, there are over 13,000 clients are affected this issue. May I have a script for deploy this workaround for those client until Microsoft released the fix patch. Thanks
