The partner portal does not allow me to claim my partner package licenses. I just get a 715 error. I have tried to open a ticket. Unfortunately, my company is currently without 365 licenses, and i have not received a call back from microsoft.
I am left in the unfortunate position of waiting while my business is at a standstill, or buying other licenses as a stopgap.
