https://errors.edgesuite.net keeps popping up and I can't print my document

How do I get around this error message. It just started happening

Some web-sites exist "behind" an "edge-server".

So, when you try to access those web-sites, the request is routed to those "high-speed" and "low-latency" servers. Certainly "www.microsoft.com" is one "hop" away on the Internet from the Internet "backbone", e.g., the high-speed network segment between the Seattle area and the Los Angeles "high-end" routers. An "edge-server" is directly connected to one of those "core" routers.

Compare to driving from Hollywood to Bill Gates home in Seattle. You will start on "local" roads, until you reach Interstate Highway #5, and stay on I-5 through Oregon, and exit from I-5 somewhere in Seattle, and take "local" roads to Bill's home. Bill does not connect his house's driveway directly via an off-ramp from I-5 -- his house is not directly on the "edge" of that highway.

Finally, in your case, one of those "edge-servers" is having a problem after intercepting your web-page request. What is the URL of the web-page that you are trying to access? Could that web-site be "offline" when you tried to access it?

I ran into this same error a few weeks ago when trying to access a nutrition calculator site while printing a page. Clearing the browser cache and cookies fixed it for me. In some cases, switching to another browser like Chrome or Firefox also helps, especially if Edge has an outdated session stored. If it still appears, it might be a temporary issue with the edge server itself, so trying again after a short while usually clears it up.
