Have your friend interact with your content

Ask your friend to post a question, comment, or answer in Microsoft Learn’s Q&A (learn.microsoft.com/answers).

When they do, their name appears in the Q&A feed — and they’ll have a “Follow” link right next to their display name or under their post header

Then Click follow

By clicking the Follow link, they start following you. After that, the link changes to Following .
