Can't download the daily Solitaire collection

As of today, 01/01/2022, I have not been able to download the Microsoft Solitaire daily Collection. There have been no circumstantial changes since the final game played on the last day of 2021. I am still using Windows 10. Up to now, there have never been any issues. Can anyone supply me with a logical solution, please. Thank you, Eddie.

I had no problem on 1st January, but have encountered this exact same problem today (1st April 2022).

Daily Challenges worked fine yesterday (31st March 2022), but fail to download today.

Have tried it on android and Windows 10.

Sorry, cannot offer any advice. My timezone is GMT+1 so it is 2130 on Thursday 31/3/2022 and Friday 1st April challenges will not be available to me for another 2 and a half hours. I can see all my results for March and earlier months and my rewards etc.

Sorry, this will not help either. It is now 10 minutes into April 1st and the daily challenges are available to me and, as a further test I have solved one, closed Solitaire down, started Solitaire again and my completed puzzle is still shown as solved.

Are you definitely signed in? On Windows 10 (don't know about Android) your player name and logo should be shown in the top right of the screen.

Can you sign it at support.xbox.com ?

yes I was definitely signed in on both devices and later that day was able to download and solve 4 of the 5 challenges
