    Yes , they should be moved to a different group and/or a new hire should be brought in that know what the people want.

    Regardless its almost a year later and i cannot unlock my taskbar , ehhhh to each their own

    Yes, bring it back. Why would you even take away this functionality. MS should be adding features, not taking away things that work and that people use.
