How do I unlock the taskbar in Windows 11?

I have been unable to unlock the task bar too. I like my dropdown menus to drop DOWN and have always moved the taskbar to the top. MS is being a bunch of bullies by taking that away. I might return to Windoze 10 if I find any other losses of functionality.

This is a feature that many users want, but unfortunately, it is currently not possible in Windows 11. I heard that Microsoft is considering adding this feature, but there is currently no way to adjust the height of the taskbar in Windows 11.
Even if they let us move it would help. Whoever changed this should be fired ~ yesterday
